Offers registrations for global top level domains, .cc an .cn. Not that cheap or professional looking, but is ICANN accredited. Registration can be a bit complicated. Dot Earth does also offer web hosting for as little as $9.95 per month. Dot Earth's site has pretty nominal services and prices, but not the best site we've seen.

Although prices listed are for one year registration, not all
registrars offer every domain extension for one year registration.
