Registrar Name: Joker.com Reviewer Name: Barry Rueger Rating: (1 worst - 5 best) 2 Comments: Until recently no complaints with Joker, have used them for several years. Today though I learn that our ISP, in whom I have absolute trust, is throttling e-mail from the joker servers because some 92% of it is spam. This is to say the last why I am shopping for new Registrar, at least for a couple of domains which use mail forwarding. My domain has since expired and I wanted to transfer to register with my hosting company. Joker.com has been completely unresponsive to e-mail, the only support option listed on their website. They are located in Switzerland and I am in the US. Calling them means spending as much on teh call as it cost to register the domain. If all you want is a company to host you domain and will never want to change, I guess these guys are ok. Otherwise, avoid them and go with someone with better support options.
