Your website, email and other account features are also disabled at this time." But I don`t have a website and technical support after 2 days replied with an unrelated canned response. After followup email to support, I never got another reply. No way to call them. All email addressed to me is now bouncing and I am losing customers every day who can`t reach me. E-mail questions get response--but only to say `we`ll get around ot it.` They give you a reference number that is, essentially, meanmingless, because they almost never follow up. The one time they did, it was with irrelevant and inaccurate information. It Is A Scam. Stay far far away! They do not reply to email and there is NO phone contact with them. People are reporting that they cannot send emails to my domain email address, which is hosted by NameSecure. I reported this to NameSecure. Their response was that they use an anti-SPAM service that views those emails as SPAM and they will not let those pass through to my email account. This system has been blocking legitimate emails from family and friends, and who knows whom else. On top of that, NameSecure gives no notification that emails destined for me have been blocked! Then web self-care stopped working and all changes had to be escaled thru tech support. Now NS gave a 10(!) day notice that this service will be cancelled despite the fact that customers paid for it. I`m another long time customer of Namesecure, having registered dozens of domains for myself and my clients over the last decade. I`ve recommended them to hundreds and, until this last year, they have been absolutely terrific. Suddenly they have completely screwed up all email services and, worst of all, have done nothing to correct this HUGE problem. I have clients all over the United States not getting emails...and I`m forced to use my handy Gmail account or miss almost everything. My clients contact Namesecure and all they say they can do is sell them their own email service. There`s no excuse for this. It`s a bald-faced scam to get you to pay them for their email services. If I thought I could get out of it just breaking even, I`d be the one to file class action. Believe me, it`s coming. Namesecure has morphed from one of the best to a fraudulent, intentionally negligent company. That they`ve been getting away with this for almost a year is unbelievable. Stay away. After having several very good years with NameSecure, had to give them up based on their horrible email forwarding.
