I have over 20 domain names registered with them and have never had any problems. I recently have had trouble getting a reply to my email when trying to transfer a domain name for a client of mine. There used to be a optional phone number to call when setting up new domains. I did call the number listed in a previous review and it was to NameSecure`s PR person...she helped to route my information to the right department in order to expidite my request. I definitely would give NameSecure another change...they`ve got great additional features available for FREE!!! Transferring domains out to other registrars is nearly impossible. Don`t go there. No phone number available to contact, when looking up nder whois, I found ohone numbers for other compnaies, no response to customer service E-mails. Had email forwarding problems for over a week! Just changed to another company. Email Forwarding has been down for over a week, with no response from customer service. Way to go Namesecure/Netsol. A few years ago I would have given them at least a 4 but since they`ve started charging an extra fee for access to changing DNS entries, have become completely unreachable by phone, and have begun to "lock out" my domain names for more than 3 months after they should have expired and not responded to _any_ requests for a resolution, I would say they have gone from being pretty reasonable 4 or 5 years ago to the worst of all registrars I have ever dealt with now.
