Also they send emails with discount codes about once a month, which is a great way to save on renewals. And the WHOIS protection service is only $0.99 vs. about $5.00 at GoDaddy. So if you want registration + WHOIS protection RegisterFly is much cheaper than GoDaddy. Good tech support too! And they just launched a paid parking program so you can earn money when people visit your website and click on the ads. Thanks! Either you don't get an answer to your problems or they deny doing something wrong. First my email account got deactivated without giving me a reason then out of the sudden my URL forwarder got cancelled. Got charged too much for services I didn't purchase. Fixing problems (if they get fixed) takes at least 3 days. I made a mistake signing up there and I wouldn't even host my site or get any services from them even if it would be free. Simply not reliable at all! Stay away! I asked a simple question in the following manner, "Can you (Flyregister) provide me with any third party data or references that can confirm the legitimacy of your business (i.e. Verisign, BB Bureau or ICANN member). All I received back was a series of responses saying, "I don't understand your question" or provided me with responses that were not any where near associated with the subject at hand! Then, I sent a email to their customer service department on a separate issue...and never received a response! They are attractive because they are so cheap...But, I should know better...You get what you pay for!!! Their claims look good and they've got the tools, but they don't work. I have five domains registered there (not for much longer) and decided to purchase their appraisal service for one on 4/11 to look into selling it. They said the appraisal would get to me within 24 hours. It's now 4/30 and despite opening multiple trouble tickets, contacting the live chat customer support twice, and sending multiple emails to support, I still don't have my appraisal.
